DEI WAS NEVER ENOUGH

Belonging to the boardroom, DEI was devoid of soul, isolated without community, and almost always set up to fail.

Diversity Equity and Inclusion efforts varied wildly from deeply problematic and primarily performative gestures, to moderately helpful staff & customer support programs, and occasionally, brilliant strategic policy interventions designed to mitigate racial disparities in housing, healthcare, education, employment and more.

And none of it was ever enough.

Collective liberation and the creation of a vibrant, abundant, thriving future for all requires diverse & holistic approaches to reclaiming our humanity from the oppressive triumvirate of white supremacy, capitalism and patriarchy.

We need more radical strategies for grounded solidarity in our workplaces, neighborhoods and communities to survive the current political moment and to create the thriving future that we know is still possible.

Join us for the 2025 Strategy & Solidarity Global Summit to dream, strategize and build community towards the future we all deserve.

Summit sessions will explore three tracks of inquiry:

Hold the Line

• How do we hold the line for racial & social justice in hostile territory?
• What does it take to build meaningful relationships and powerful coalitions in this time of virtual burnout, information overload, social isolation and a culture of hyper-critique?
• What are the practical and applicable skills for building solidarity within and across communities, in workplaces, in our intimate relationships and within ourselves?

Future Vision

• Can dreaming be resistance?
• How do we find the faith to believe a just and thriving future for all is still possible?
• What skills and practices can help us clarify our goals, strengthen our focus, and choose creation over despair?

Joy in Solidarity

• How do you relish the beauty and pleasure of life while enduring its heartbreaks and devastation?
• Can fun and joy be solidarity strategies too? Can you have true solidarity without them?

Your Strategy & Solidarity 2025 Global Summit registration includes vibrant community and abundant resources to help you ground into your dreams, level up your skills and create exponential impact in your community:

• Attend dozens of live and interactive summit events hosted by experts, coaches, consultants and practitioners from around the world, including local meetups in select locations.
• Watch recordings of every Global Summit session you can't attend live in the Strategy & Solidarity summit library.
• Download the Strategy & Solidarity community app to network, discuss session content, ask follow-up questions, share resources and build community between sessions and beyond the summit.
• Access abundant bonus workshops and materials from Summit presenters on topics including racial equity, conflict transformation, community building and personal wellness throughout the next year.

In the spirit of Strategy & Solidarity, summit registration is offered on a sliding scale of one-time payments ($249-$911) or a 12-month subscription ($29-$99)
